Blade full service is designed to take factory or untuned blades and make them race ready. Blade Radius (rocker) can be selected to meet your style or preference. Work typically includes the height matching of the runners, centering of the radius, and fine grinding a smooth radius. We thoroughly gauge check them and sharpen out the grinding marks. Choice of several even or progressive radiuses (rockers) are available. This is followed by Blade bending where we apply a precision roller induced bend on unbent sets and followed by finely gauged hand tuned adjustment to each blade. You can chose a progressive bend to match a progressive rocker, a constant bend radius or specify radius-positions to meet your needs.
